Anchored – Mental Fitness Training
Thrive Sports Project provide virtual training for teams, and groups of individuals.
The Anchored training series contains fives sessions. Each session is between an 1-1.5 hours. Sessions are held, once per week via Zoom.
Training Series Content Includes:
- Blake’s story of achieving his childhood goal of playing in the Canadian Football League, his lived experience with mental illness and his recovery story.
- Development of the three Anchors:
- Mental Model Awareness
- Intentional Mindsets
- The Breath
- Introduction to key mental fitness skill:
- Mindfulness
- Breathing Techniques
- Self-Talk
- Regulation of Emotion
- Goal Setting
- Each session will include experiential activities and activities to implement into daily habits.
Pricing
Anchored for Teams/Groups: $1000 (min. 10 – max. 20 athletes)
Individual Training: $200 per athlete (min. 10 athletes per group)
