Anchored – Mental Fitness Training

Thrive Sports Project provide virtual training for teams, and groups of individuals.  

The Anchored training series contains fives sessions.  Each session is between an 1-1.5 hours.  Sessions are held, once per week via Zoom.


Training Series Content Includes:

  • Blake’s story of achieving his childhood goal of playing in the Canadian Football League, his lived experience with mental illness and his recovery story.
  • Development of the three Anchors:
    • Mental Model Awareness
    • Intentional Mindsets
    • The Breath
  • Introduction to key mental fitness skill:
    • Mindfulness
    • Breathing Techniques
    • Self-Talk
    • Regulation of Emotion
    • Goal Setting
  • Each session will include experiential activities and activities to implement into daily habits.

Pricing

Anchored for Teams/Groups:  $1000 (min. 10 – max. 20 athletes)

Individual Training:  $200 per athlete (min. 10 athletes per group)
